Please note delivery is not included & is an extra charge, unless stated in the product description that delivery is free. EONA DESIGNZ is not responsible for the installation of the items or the fitting & placement of items into doorways, passages etc. Please allow roughly 3-6 weeks for orders to be completed. All items remain the property of EONA DESIGNZ untill paid in full. All furniture is handmade and organic by nature, each piece has a unique character and may not be the same as another. EONA DESIGNZ does not guarantee the piece/s due to weather &/or other outside influencers. It's the clients responsibility to specify and confirm design requirements, failing which EONA DESIGNZ is not be held liable for extra costs. No Refunds or exchanges on furniture.
Returns and Refunds:
A client may request a cancellation within 5 workings days of the online purchase. There are no refunds on custom jobs. A client may return the item/s if the functionality does not meet up, if there is an aesthetic defect, the client must give EONA the opportunity to rectify. An online purchase refund can only be processed through Payfast provided the item is returned within 7 business days, no direct eft's will be done.
Warranty
The warranty is for a period of 6 months on manufacturing of all furniture. The date is determined from date of installation/delivery. Depending on the defect, the customer will be entitled to request a repair of goods which are defective within such period
